Christoffel Stoman's 2nd bail bid denied
CAPE TOWN - The Luztville Magistrate's Court has denied a second bail application brought by farmer Christoffel Stoman. He's accused of running over 6-year-old Khwezi Jantjies, and breaking both his legs.
Magistrate Rapula Khetsi says he wasn't satisfied with the 'new' information brought before the court.

Stoman claims that he only has six months left to live due to a cancer diagnosis. But Khetsi says the defence failed to show how his health will be impacted if he remains in custody.
The matter has been postponed to the 12th of December.
