JOHANNESBURG - The Constitutional Court has reserved judgment on an application filed by the EFF challenging Parliament's decision not to proceed with an impeachment inquiry into President Cyril Ramaphosa’s Phala Phala scandal.

A Section 89 panel headed by former Chief Justice Sandile Ngcobo found Ramaphosa had a prima facie case to answer.
This comes after he failed to report the theft of foreign currency money at his Phala Phala farm.
However, the ANC used its then-majority in Parliament to vote against the report.
