JOHANNESBURG - The Judicial Service Commission will proceed with this month's sitting without impeached Judge John Hlophe.
The Western Cape High Court interdicted the MK Party's leader in Parliament from participating in JSC activities.
In response, Hlophe asked the commission to postpone sittings pending the outcome of his appeal.
The MK Party has since threatened legal action should the JSC proceed with the sitting in Hlophe's absence.
