JOHANNESBURG - SAFA president, Danny Jordaan, wants his case at the Specialised Commercial Crime Court struck off the roll.
Jordaan intends to file a Section 342A application, citing unreasonable delays.
He faces fraud and theft charges amounting to R1.3-million.
The case has been postponed to 10 December when both applications will be ventilated.
