JOHANNESBURG - The City of Johannesburg and its entities are liable for the deaths of the 77 people in the Usindiso Building fire.
These are the conclusions of Justice Sisi Khampepe, who has handed over her inquiry report to Gauteng Premier Panyaza Lesufi.
As part of her recommendations, Judge Khampepe has advised Directors at the Joburg Property Company, to take action against CEO Helen Botes.
