JOHANNESBURG - ANC Secretary-General Fikile Mbalula says nothing has changed and former president Jacob Zuma will face an internal disciplinary hearing Wednesday.
Zuma is weighing up taking legal and interdicting proceedings.
The former ANC leader has been charged with contravening party rules, including contravening the party's constitution.

The charges relate to Zuma's decision to support and be the face of the Umkhonto weSizwe party for the May elections.
Legal Expert Elton Hart say there's technically nothing preventing Zuma from approaching a court.
Mbalula says the party has gathered all the evidence it needs against Zuma.
He says they expect Zuma to show up for the hearing.
