JOHANNESBURG - Home Affairs is facing legal action over its visa memo for seasonal visitors.
It's instructing tourists hoping to extend their stay for 90 more days to leave two months earlier than expected.
South Africa grants short-term visas on arrival for 90 days to a raft of countries.
