JOHANNESBURG - The IFP will be joining the Government of National Unity.
This after the party met with the ANC, DA and NFP.
The IFP announced this at a media briefing earlier this evening.

Different political parties have been involved in coalition talks after the May general elections failed to deliver an outright majority vote.

The first sitting of the seventh Parliament will take place on Friday the 14th of June.The first National Council of Provinces sitting is scheduled for the following day.
