ICJ orders Israel to immediately cease attacks on Rafah
THE HAGUE, NETHERLANDS - The International Court of Justice has ordered Israel to immediately halt its military actions in Rafah.

Israel must also ensure access to investigators or appropriate bodies to probe genocide allegations. More than 8-hundred thousand Palestinians have been displaced since Israel began its offensive in Rafah.
ICJ President Judge Nawf Salam says Israel has not provided sufficient information concerning the evacuation of Palestinians from Rafah.
