JOHANNESBURG - Incoming Deputy Defence Minister, Bantu Holomisa, is lamenting military budget cuts.
He says this is affecting the force's state of readiness.
Holomisa says he will be speaking to other law enforcement agencies to look at better cooperation.
He also says there has to be a recognition that military weapons are being used to commit crimes.
