JOHANNESBURG - Short staffed, under-resourced and demotivated.

These are just some of the sentiments from nurses at the Helen Joseph hospital who say their working conditions are deplorable.

The public facility has been in sharp focus following a viral video from a frustrated patient. At the same time, the Gauteng Health department insists maintenance and infrastructure upgrades are being prioritised.
