JOHANNESBURG - A severe storm has ripped through Randfontein West of Johannesburg.
This has caused structural damage to some buildings.
Emergency services are assisting people on the ground.
On Wednesday, the South African Weather Services issued a yellow level 2 warning for severe thunderstorms in Gauteng.
Storms are also expected in Limpopo and Mpumalanga.
