JOHANNESBURG - Water has been identified as a priority number one as parts of the country continue to battle with supply.
Acknowledging this issue Water and Sanitation Minister Pemmy Majodina said there is no substitute for water and that attention needs to be placed in terms of its provision.
Majodina said there is enough water but the challenges come with water reticulation.

Similarly, there are issues of non-revenue water and illegal connections.
She says the government works on responding to these issues it is not a one-man show.
She said all stakeholders involved in the sector must ensure that they work together in an integrated format.
