PORT ELIZABETH - Residents in the Northern parts of Nelson Mandela Bay are fuming.
They say gangsterism is rife in the area and took to the streets earlier today.
Police arrested two community leaders, in an attempt to disperse protesters.
But that did not stop community members, who've resolved to confront all known gangsters in the area.
