NGOs drag gauteng health to court
JOHANNESBURG - Civil society organisations have dragged the Gauteng Health department to court to force it to use money allocated to treat desperate cancer patients.
According to a high court application filed by the Cancer Alliance and Section27, the Department has failed to use R784 million allocated in 2023 to provide cancer patients with life-saving treatment.
