This after Gauteng Premier Panyaza Lesufi postponed announcing of his executive yesterday, amid collapsed talks with other parties.
The delay sparked concerns that Gauteng's governance may mirror that of coalition metros like Johannesburg, Tshwane, and Ekurhuleni.
