ALICE - The formal bail application for Pelisa Nkonyeni, the eighth accused in the University of Fort Hare hitlist case, has been moved to 4 September.
Accused number six Lindokuhle Manjati, the police officer suspected of crimes linked to the deaths at the University of Fort Hare staff, will be back in court on 1 September for arguments.

The men are charged for the murders of vice-chancellor Sakhela Buhlungu’s bodyguard Mboneli Vesele and UFH fleet manager Petrus Roets, as well as the attempted murder of Buhlungu.
He was fighting corruption at the institution and it’s believed the assassinations were linked to his probes.
