JOHANNESBURG - Former ANC Limpopo Treasurer, Danny Msiza and former ANC Youth League leader Kabelo Matsepe will be able to have separate trials from their 11 co-accused in the VBS matter.
This after the High Court in Pretoria ruled in favour of their application.
However, the court has denied their second application.
The application was for a temporary stay of prosecution pending the outcome of their petition to the Supreme Court of Appeal.
This challenges the High Court's dismissal of their application for further particulars.
Meanwhile, the State is not pleased with the court ruling and plans to appeal.
