JOHANNESBURG - The previous administration of the City of Tshwane submitted fraudulent financial statements.
That's the accusation being laid by Finance MMC Peter Sutton.
He says this contributed to a damning audit report, that revealed missing funds and assets.
Sutton was speaking to JJ Tabane on Power to Truth.
