EXCLUSIVE | Justice minister discusses Gundo Wealth Solutions loan

JOHANNESBURG - The Hawks have searched and seized property from the office of the former personal assistant of the Justice Minister.

Thembi Simelane is accused of getting a loan from Gundo Wealth Solutions, a company linked to the VBS saga. 

The loan occurred when she was mayor of Polokwane. She's told Parliament she saw nothing untoward about the loan.

The owner of Gundo Wealth Solutions and VBS fixer, Ralliom Razwinane faces 13 counts of corruption in the saga.
