EXCLUSIVE | Emaan Ghumman speaks for the first time after being kidnapped

EAST LONDON - Emaan Fatima Ghumman has spoken publicly for the first time since she was released by her kidnappers. 

The nine-year-old was held captive for eight days after being taken from outside her school in the Eastern Cape.

Nearly a month after she was let go, her community of Buffalo Flats staged a celebratory march.

Ronald Masinda spoke to Emaan in this exclusive interview.

The young survivor has called for government to act swiftly in arresting criminals that have communities living in fear.
