DURBAN - The municipal strike in eThekwini may be over, but tensions are still running high in Durban.
Police are still deployed outside the metro offices after one person was killed.
Those not taking part are also still being threatened.
Fed up residents in Phoenix took to the streets on Thursday to protest the lack of services.
Mayor Mxolisi Kaunda has promised backlogs will be cleared in two weeks.
