JOHANNESBURG - Eskom has announced that it will implement stage 3 power cuts from 4 pm on Friday.
It will proceed to implement stages 3 and 4 over the weekend.
The power cuts coincides with the wet weather and ANC celebrations that will take place in Mbombela over the weekend.
