Eskom hopes to solve systemic issues and eradicate blackouts

MIDRAND - Eskom says it's addressing systemic issues within the utility to completely rid the country of power cuts. 

This as the power utility celebrates over 150-days without blackouts.

Board Chair, Mteto Nyati says issues include operational and financial woes. 

He was speaking in Midrand on Monday, where the power utility gave an update on the state of the grid.
