TSHWANE - Ratepayers in the City of Tshwane will have to fork out more on a monthly basis.
Municipal rates, electricity and water are all expected to be hiked.
Water and electricity will hike by 13 and 12 percent respectfully.

Meanwhile, refuse removal and property rates will increase rise by 4.5 and 5 percent respectfully.
The draft budget is currently being presented to regions across Tshwane and will come into effect on the first of July if accepted.
