JOHANNESBURG - Former President Jacob Zuma has won his case against the IEC.
Zuma and his party, uMkhonto WeSizwe, challenged the Electoral Commission's decision to have him removed from its list of candidates eligible to contest the elections.
Zuma says IEC should prepare the elections and stay out of politics
The IEC argued that Zuma's jail sentence bars him from entering the race.
While Zuma's lawyers argued that t the IEC had also failed to take into consideration Zumaâs remission of sentence.
MK Party spokesperson Nhlamulo Ndhlela says the order proves they had a case against the IEC.
