Duma ka Ndlovu charged with tax evasion

JOHANNESBURG - Renowned film producer Duma ka Ndlovu has been charged with tax evasion amounting to R25-million.

Ndlovu and tax practitioners, Rodney Mutsharini and Maxwell Mloyi appeared in court on Tuesday.

The trio faces several charges of fraud and tax evasion.

The alleged tax crimes were committed over a number of years.

The taxman says Ndlovu failed to declare personal income tax, corporate income tax and VAT.
