JOHANNESBURG - The South African Federation of Trade Unions (Saftu) has slammed the City of Johannesburg's R2,5-billion loan from the French Development Agency.
Council approved the loan, which will have to be repaid in 15 years.
It's expected to help address the city's dire financial situation.

The South African Federation of Trade Unions says the council is auctioning the socio-economic well-being of residents.
