DA not in agreement with ANC on forming government in Gauteng

JOHANNESBURG - The Democratic Alliance in Gauteng has declined to take seats on what it calls the African National Congress' terms.

Gauteng Premier Panyaza Lesufi is set to announce his executive on Wednesday evening.

The ANC says it's unable to satisfy the DA's demands regarding portfolio and seat allocations. 

The DA says it will not form part of the Executive of the Gauteng Government of Provincial Unity (GPU).
