JOHANNESBURG - The Democratic Alliance maintains it's not practicing cadre deployment.
Following court battles with the ANC, several former DA leaders have called out the party saying it's not innocent.
But DA leader John Steenhuisen says those making allegations are just bitter and trying to settle old scores.
He's challenging them to come forward with evidence.

"Not at all and I've said it clearly, the DA has not and will not practice cadre deployment. It's very clear from the processes we've had in the party that what we've done is safeguard processes precisely to avoid cadre deployment from taking place," says Steenhuisen.
"I think what you're seeing here is a little bit of bitterness and an attempt to try and settle some old scores," he says.
