JOHANNESBURG - Former Eskom CEO, Matshela Koko, no longer faces fraud and corruption charges.
His case has been struck from the roll, on Tuesday afternoon.

Koko, his wife and step-daughters faced corruption charges related to a R2.2-billion tender at Kusile power station.
There's been numerous delays taking the matter to trial, and it's been little over a year since his family was arrested.
Koko says the state is out to destroy his family.
