Nyaniso Jeku from COJ says the city has started disconnecting defaulting customers.
Some of these areas include Midrand, Steyn City, Bryanston and Kyalami.
These communities collectively owe the City a staggering R500 million
Jeku says warnings to defaulting customers have been falling on deaf ears.
