Coalitions are never a plan, but a consequence - Mantashe

JOHANNESBURG - Coalitions are not a plan, instead, they are a consequence.

That is according to ANC National Chairperson Gwede Mantashe.

Projections say the ANC will not reach 50%, but Mantashe remains optimistic.
