City Power cutting off non-paying customers in Alexandra

JOHANNESBURG - City Power is taking a hard line against non-paying customers and businesses in Alexandra.
The power utility is on a mission to recoup R500 million owed to it.
Spokesperson Isaac Mangena says that law enforcement officials must arrest business owners who illegally reconnect their electricity.
