JOHANNESBURG - Joburg mayor, Kabelo Gwamanda says the City is making progress in tackling unsafe buildings.
Gwamanda says 11 cases are in court and nine have been ruled in the City's favour.
Another building fire claimed lives over the weekend in the CBD.
