Cholota files urgent papers to have charges withdrawn
BLOEMFONTEIN - Moroadi Cholota has filed an urgent application for charges against her to be withdrawn.
The former personal assistant of former Free State premier Ace Magashule wants the fraud and corruption charges against her dropped.

She is applying for her extradition from the USA and subsequent arrest to be declared unconstitutional and invalid.
The NPA has until close of business tomorrow to respond.
Cholota says the State has no evidence to prove she engaged in fraud, corruption and money laundering. She is one of the accused in a R255-million corruption case.
The pre-trial in the criminal matter has been set down for the 11th September at the Free State High Court.
