BLOEMFONTEIN - The matter against Moroadi Cholota has been postponed to Tuesday.
She faces charges of fraud, corruption and money laundering and made a brief appearance in court.
The alleged crimes relate to a R255-million asbestos contract that was awarded to Blackhead Consulting by Free State Human Settlements.
At the time, Cholota was working as a personal assistant to then-premier, Ace Magashule.
She was extradited from the US on Thursday.
