JOHANNESBURG - Chinese and South African companies penned business deals last week valued at over $2-billion -- nearly R38-billion with today's exchange rate.
The deals ranged from minerals to large agricultural products, including wool and related products.

This meeting between business leaders comes just over a week before South Africa hosts BRICS leaders.
"These are just straightforward commercial deals," said Donald MacKay from XA Inte.
"It's not the first commercial deal we've done with China and I suspect it won't be the last."
