CEO says Postbank and govt have a healthy relationship

JOHANNESBURG - CEO, Nikki Mbengashe says PostBank still has a healthy working relationship with the social development department following delays in the payout of social grants due to a technical glitch at the bank.

Mbengashe says they've been receiving the support they need from the department.

She said, “It's working very well. I think we got the support that we need. I certainly have…have gotten that support two months in row."

"I've gotten support in every manner I need with the ministry, even in solving this issue as we try and bring in new capabilities."
