JOHANNESBURG - The case against 95 Libyan national nationals arrested at a military training camp in Mpumalanga, has been postponed to 26 August 2024.
They appeared briefly in court this morning and have been remanded in custody.
They face charges of contravening the Immigration Act, as they allegedly entered the country with visas acquired through misrepresentation.

The state is still pursuing criminal charges.
