CAPE TOWN - The trial of alleged underworld boss Nafiz Modack and his co-accused continued in the Western Cape High Court with accused number two Zane Kilian in the witness box.

The state says on the day Kinnear was shot and killed outside his house in September 2020, he was pinged excessively by Kilian.
However, Kilian denies that was the case, saying on that day he did not ping Kinnear.
