Cape of Storms | Affected residents to be evacuated to community halls and shelters

KHAYELITSHA - Human Settlements Minister Mmamoloko  Kubayi and Cape Town Mayor, Geordin Hill-Lewis visited residents who've been been left homeless after severe weather in the Western Cape.

Kubayi says her department will be moving residents whose homes are submerged in water to temporary shelters .
