CAPE TOWN - If you're in the Cape provinces, expect severe wet weather conditions, which will likely cause flooding, on Sunday.
The South African Weather Service has warned of widespread flooding, severe thunderstorms, gale-force winds, and rough seas in the Eastern Cape and Western Cape.
It’s levels eight and six for these provinces and the public has been urged to take precautionary safety measures.
This is expected to continue until Monday.
Emergency services and the National Sea Rescue Institute are on high alert.
