Buffalo City residents fuming over steep tariff hikes

EAST LONDON - Residents of Buffalo City are in for a major shock . 

That's because their electricity, water and service bills will be doubled or even tripled in some areas.

And they're not getting any breathing space either as the tariff hikes came into effect on Monday.
