BOSA threatens contempt order against govt
JOHANNESBURG - Build One South Africa (BOSA) is calling on the government to withdraw its appeal against the High Court order that essential services be exempt from blackouts.
The court ordered that reasonable steps be taken by no later than the end of January to ensure public hospitals, clinics, schools and police stations are not affected.
BOSA leader Mmusi Maimane says the government is now in contempt of the court order.
