Blackouts remain suspended in flood-hit provinces

JOHANNESBURG - Electricity Minister, Kgosientsho Ramokgopa says the Western Cape and Eastern Cape provinces will continue to be exempted from power cuts.
The decision follows severe weather that has led to localised flooding.
Ramokgopa says suspending power cuts in the affected areas will assist with relief efforts.
