KHAYELITSHA - President Cyril Ramaphosa of the ANC has acknowledged that the party has work to do.
During last year's national elections, the party lost its majority for the first time resulting in the formation of a government of national unity.
Ramaphosa says the party has drawn inspiration from a visit to Robben Island and plans to instill the lessons learnt to rebuild the party.
He was speaking at the parties113th birthday celebrations.
Ahead of the celebrations the party paid a visit to the historical Robben Island.
