ANC faces uphill battle

JOHANNESBURG - The ANC's three-day NEC lekgotla gets underway in Boksburg today.

It comes off the back of an NEC meeting dominated by deep introspection after the party saw plummeting support at the polls.

Political analyst Sanet Madonsela-Solomon believes it will be difficult for the party to regain dominance after decades of inaction.
