ANC candidate list | Party defends selection process as 'rigorous'

JOHANNESBURG - The ANC says its candidate selection process was rigorous and transparent.

The party’s list, which was leaked, has come under fire as it includes members implicated in corruption.

Secretary-General Fikile Mbalula has been giving an update at Luthuli House.

"Candidates who are already members of government must undergo satisfactory performance review," he said.
