JOHANNESBURG - The ANC has met Monday's 5pm deadline to hand over records of its cadre deployment committee meetings, to the Democratic Alliance.
The DA says for the first time in three decades, they've succeeded in piercing the ANC's veil of cadre secrets.
The DA alleges that the ANC cadre deployment policy laid the foundation for state capture, systemic corruption and the collapse of service delivery.
The official opposition will now study the records and will update South Africans on whether the ANC has complied fully.
